![]() ![]() Thankfully, they do allow you to add notes to each exercise you perform (amazing and useful feature, by the way,) so you can still track your progression, it's just not as visually useful, or pleasing, as I would prefer it to be myself (yes, I may sound pretentious and conceded, but I like this app that much that I wanted to give my suggestion to make it even better, in my opinion.). It would make this app one of my favorite apps, and an actually useful and practical tool on your physical and healthful journey. I do many of the other exercises like the horse stance the shelf ice baths and so on and I'd love to be able to see all my times and sessions, just like you can with the three main exercises. This also applies to every other exercise in the app (aside from breathing, showers, and push-up.). I get it all these exercises are not about time, but for someone competitive with themselves like I am with myself, I like to be able to see how I'm doing, and push myself beyond my previously assumed capabilities. However, they don't have the same graph and tracking feature for ice baths!?!? Or any of the other exercises that were not mentioned above? Personally, I would greatly appreciate the ability to track ice bath times the same way you track cold showers, along with the awesome graph. It's a fantastic tool to visually see your progression. It has the average you're longest how many sessions and your overall time spent doing the activity. For example, they have a great graph showing your cold shower times. Next, I really wished this app tracked every exercise that it offers the way it tracks breathing, cold showers, and push-ups. A minor issue, but does subtract from the usability. For one, the app can be buggy and unresponsive at times. However, I have some suggestions for the developers to make the app better, in my opinion. It's helpful and addicting to physically see your progress, which can easily be recorded within this app. I think the real value of the app is the easy-to-use interface, the exercise tracking, the podcasts with great guest to help educate you (none that I was able to find online, by the way), and the guided breathing feature. Yes, it's a subscription-based app (what isn't these days?), but I think it's fairly priced, and I'm happy to support the man who's responsible for showing the world the amazing and life-changing abilities that our "bodies are cable of doing." Is all of this information online for free? Yes. There are tons of resources, from podcast, to e-books, to videos all outlining the information one needs in order to educate and prepare oneself for their journey. This is app is a fantastic tool for anyone trying to learn and perform the Wim Hof Method (breathing, cold exposure, ect.). For me, this is a must-have app, even if it's simply supporting Wim in his mission which has helped me change my life and the lives of many, many others. You'll get the most out of the method if you do it every day and this app makes that easy. I love the Apple watch integration, thought it's limited to the basic breathing protocol. You can go so much deeper when you're not worried about counting breaths and watching the clock and it can all be tailored to your pereferences and track yourself over time. For reference, I've been doing this with and without an app for about 10 years and I'm keepingt the app. ![]() ![]() If you've purchased his Power of the Mind course, you'll also gain access to numerous other breathing protocols, yoga challenges, and other valuable content. ![]() The bottom line is that Wim generously shares most of the necessary information you need for free on YouTube, but he also offers courses, apps, and other resources for those who want to delve deeper. I was initially surprised by the negative reviews, but I realized they are 2 years old. ![]()
